Women's lacrosse garners IWLCA Academic Honor roll, 11 named Honor Roll Squad

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee's women's lacrosse team has been named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) 2026 Academic Honor Squad, and 11 student-athletes have also been named to the Academic Honor Roll.

The IWLCA has named 357 schools across Divisions I, II, and III and the NAIA as IWLCA Academic Honor Squads for the 2025-26 academic year. To qualify for this honor, the women's lacrosse team must have posted a 3.2 or higher team GPA for the academic year.

1,350 student-athletes from 174 different institutions have been honored on the 2025-26 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior, or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or higher.

Alexa Berg, Stella Birk, Erika Bolcar, Clara Earley, Sally Herrington, Alex Kelly, Mallory Magee, Katie Motes, Elizabeth Muller, Molly Starkey, and Ella Townsend were named to the IWLCA Academic Honor Roll for the Tigers.
