IHSA Completes Day Two of Sewanee Spring Show

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Emma Sameth was named Reserve High Point Rider on day two of the Sewanee Spring Show as the Tigers placed fourth on the second day of their home show on Saturday.

Emma Sameth took home second place in open fences and placed third in the open flat for Reserve High Point Rider. In the open division, Nell Grady took home silver in the flat and placed fourth in fences.

In the Intermediate division, Kelly Baumgart placed fourth in both the flat and fences. Baumgart's performance in the flat division qualified her for regionals. Molly McWhorter finished third in fences.

London Eller took home second and Ellie Johnson placed fifth in the limit flat division.

In the Novice division, Bailey Pezzella finished third and Belle Gampher took fifth.

Tony Calderon Gonzalez and Mary Pat Colbert placed back-to-back in the Pre-Noice division, Calderon Gonzales placed fourth, and Colbert finished fifth.

Finally, Abdul Maflahi finished first in the Introductory division to wrap up the day.
