Dillard takes High Point honors as Sewanee finishes as Reserve Champions in final day of IHSA Show

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Claire Dillard took home the overall high-point champion rider as Sewanee's Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) took home second place and reserve champion on the final day of the Sewanee Fall Show at the Howell Equestrian Centre. 

Sewanee Equestrian Team finished as Reserve Champion of 8 teams, with 30 points, eight points behind Maryville. 

Newcomer, Dillard excelled on day two as she placed 1st in the limit flat division and 3rd in the limit fences division, taking how the overall high-point champion for Sewanee.

The Tigers head to Maryville, Tenn. to compete in the two-day Maryville Fall show on Oct. 28-29 to wrap up their fall season.
