Sewanee is back in the semifinals for the ninth time in as many appearances in the SAA Tournament after Friday's win over the Panthers.
Now with 153 draws on the season,
Marlin Price set a new SAA record for draw controls in a season, surpassing's Bailee Barker of Rhodes, who had 144 in 2021.
Berry, who earned a top-two seed and a bye to the semifinals, defeated the Purple and White, 20-12, on April 1 from Puett Field.
Holding an 11-4 all-time record versus the Vikings, the Tigers are 3-1 in postseason games, meeting for the first time since 2018.
In the other semifinal, Rhodes will take on Oglethorpe in Memphis on Sunday.
With a win on Sunday, the Tigers will be seeking their seventh appearance in the SAA Tournament Championship game.
