HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Red Hawks started the contest with three straight goals in a 2:21 span.
-Sewanee would rally to go on a 5-1 run, including netting the last four goals after one quarter of play.
-The teams traded two goals apiece in the second quarter, but the Tigers held the 7-6 advantage at the intermission.
-In the third period, Montclair State took the lead thanks to two goals that were scored in a 18-second span with 13 minutes to go in the period and held Sewanee scoreless for the remainder of the period.
-In the fourth, the Red Hawks laced a goal with 13 minutes to go to push the lead to 9-7.
-Sewanee responded with two goals to even the score at nine with 9:18 to go.
-About a minute later, Matt Haemmerle netted the game-winning goal to make it a 10-9 contest.
-Sewanee took four shots in the remainder of the contest, but two key turnovers with 2:29 and 23 seconds left were the deciding factor.

-Hayden Hunt and Jake Vaughn each scored twice for the Tigers.
-Cal Pierce scooped up six grounders, while Charles Dorfman and Hunt each collected three each.
-Bryce Womack saved 10 shots in 47 minutes in goal, while Tal Wharton (1-1) saved three shots.

-Brady Wulster scored three times and claimed two grounders.
