Box Score LOUISVILLE, Ky. (April 15, 2012) – The Sewanee women's lacrosse team dropped a 19-13 non-conference match against Adrian Sunday, in Louisville, Ky.
Sewanee scored five goals in the first half and eight in the second. Additionally, the Tigers earned 14 out of 34 draw controls.
Individually, senior Meg Welton and Olivia Vietor led Sewanee with three goals. Molly Arnold, Emily Hylton and Page Carpenter added two. Freshman Ellie Murphy scored one goal.
The Tigers continue their march toward the SCAC Championships with a 5 p.m., match against Birmingham-Southern April 20. That contest will be played at McGee Field at Harris Stadium in Sewanee.
