Sewanee got on the board early with a goal from senior
Carly Grimm just 53 seconds into the game. Birmingham-Southern's Chelsea Van Voorhis answered back 45 seconds later, but that was the closest the Panthers came to the lead as Sewanee took off and scored a string of six unanswered goals.
The Tigers were up 14-7 coming out of halftime, and scored the first seven games of the second half to pull away from the Panthers. Junior
