Field Hockey Tabbed Third in CFHC Preseason Poll

SEWANEE, Tenn. – The Collegiate Field Hockey Conference announced its 2025 preseason poll, with Sewanee selected to finish third as voted on by the league's coaches.

The Tigers are coming off a 9-12 campaign in 2024, which included a 2-3 mark in CFHC play. Sewanee advanced to the conference semifinals before falling to Rhodes in overtime.

Defending champion Mary Washington was chosen as the preseason favorite for the second straight year, receiving five first-place votes.
