Matt Munn earned First Team All-SAA honors and freshman
Will Jennewein was voted Rookie of the Year, as voted on by league baseball coaches and announced Wednesday by the conference office.

Alden Wright was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team.
This marks the fourth straight All-SAA accolade for Munn after garnering Second Team honors last season and Honorable Mention as a freshman and sophomore. He posted a 5-2 mark with a 2.90 ERA in 11 games, all starts, covering 68.1 innings. The righthander struck out 71, walked just 13 and opponents batted only .255 against him. He tossed at least six innings nine times in 11 outings and seven or more innings six times.
Munn worked seven shutout frames early in the season versus Otterbein and DePauw and gave up one unearned run in six innings at Hendrix. The Bellaire, Texas, native pitched eight scoreless innings at Oglethorpe and allowed two earned runs in league starts versus Rhodes, Millsaps and Berry. He also struck out 12 batters against Millsaps and Centre and 10 in the season opener versus Capital. Munn finished his career with 232 strikeouts in 242.1 innings of work over 48 career appearances.
Jennewein made an immediate impact at the plate and in centerfield defensively. The Tampa, Fla., native batted .341 with seven doubles, six home runs, 32 RBIs and 34 runs scored in 40 games with 39 starts. He also drew 20 walks for a .434 on-base percentage. He collected 13 multi-hit outings, including four hits versus Capital and three against Rhodes and Oglethorpe. Jennewein recorded three outfield assists and made several outstanding defensive catches.
Teel started the season at third base but played most of the year at first base. He was a Second Team All-SAA selection last season and Honorable Mention as a freshman.
The Homewood, Ala., native batted a team-best .396 with 15 doubles, one homer, 22 RBIs and 34 runs scored in 38 games. He also walked 16 times and was hit 11 times for a .488 on-base percentage. He hit safely in 30-of-38 contests with 17 multi-hit games with six three-hit outings.
Fortman took over the starting shortstop role a little over two weeks into the season, batting .333 in 34 games with 29 starts. He registered six doubles, four triples, two home runs, 29 RBIs and 31 runs scored while drawing 10 walks and nine hit by pitches for a .434 on-base percentage. The Clinton, S.C., native hit safely in 18 of his 29 starts with 13 multi-hit outings, including three hits apiece versus DePauw, Edgewood and Rhodes.
Petrocco played in 26 games with 25 starts, taking over at second base in mid-March. He batted .333 with five doubles, 14 RBIs and 18 runs scored as well as 14 walks. The Johns Creek, Ga., native hit safely in 16 of his 25 starts with 11 multi-hit outings, including four hits at Oglethorpe and three versus LeTourneau. He also committed only two errors in 117 chances.
Pou also garnered Honorable Mention accolades last season. The Houston, Texas, native hit .341 with nine doubles, seven homers, 32 RBIs and 32 runs scored while starting all 40 games. He also walked 27 times with 10 hit by pitches for a .485 on-base percentage. He collected 11 multi-hit contests, including four hits against Capital and Covenant and three on four occasions. Pou hit safely in 24 games during the year as well.
