Three Tigers earn IWLCA All-Region Honors

SEWANEE, Tenn. – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) announced its 2025 All-Region Teams, with three members of the Sewanee women's lacrosse team earning recognition. Winnie Pajcic was named First Team All-Region, while Marlin Price and Brooke Sigmon received Second Team All-Region honors.

Pajcic, a native of Jacksonville, Fla., earned her first career First Team selection and her second All-Region nod overall. A key leader on defense, she started all 18 games and helped the Tigers hold opponents to just 114 goals on the season. Pajcic totaled 30 caused turnovers, 31 ground balls, and 11 draw controls.

Price, from Carrollton, Va., garnered Second Team recognition as an attacker after a standout season. She recorded 62 goals and 24 assists, including four game-winning goals, while also contributing 20 ground balls, 34 draw controls, and eight caused turnovers in 17 games.

Sigmon, an attacker from Apex, N.C., also earned her first career Second Team selection. She tallied 38 goals and 26 assists with three game-winning goals, while collecting 43 draw controls, 23 ground balls, and 10 caused turnovers.

The Tigers wrapped up a historic season with an undefeated regular season, their first Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Championship since 2015, and a second-round appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
