Baseball announces 2026 schedule

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee baseball coach Nate Burns announced the team's 2026 schedule this week, which includes 23 home games and a 13-game homestand to start the season.
 
The Tigers host Anderson University (Feb. 14-15), Oberlin College (Feb. 20-22), Bethany Lutheran (Feb. 27-March 1) and Asbury University (March 6-7) in three-game series as well as Covenant College for a single contest on March 3 to begin the campaign.
 
Sewanee plays in Pensacola, Fla., at Blue Wahoos Stadium for the third straight year, facing Nebraska Wesleyan and Wisconsin-Whitewater on March 11-12.
 
Conference play begins March 21-22 with a three-game series at Berry College. The Tigers also face Centre College (April 3-4), Trinity University (April 18-19) and Oglethorpe University (May 2-3) in road league series and Covenant (March 24) and Maryville College (March 31) in nonconference outings away from home.
 
Sewanee hosts Rhodes College (March 28-29), Millsaps College (April 11-12) and Southwestern University (April 25-26) in SAA home series and has a home contest versus Maryville on April 7.
 
The conference tournament is set for May 7-10 in Rome, Ga., at AdventHealth Stadium, home of the Rome Emperors, a High-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.
