Catapano named SAA Player of the Week

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Natalie Catapano helped lead Sewanee to the team title at the SAA Fall Classic at Greystone Golf Course over the weekend, finishing second individually and earning her first SAA Athlete of the Week honors of the 2026-27 season.

Catapano opened the tournament with a five-over-par 77 before firing a three-under-par 69 in the final round, including six birdies, to finish the tournament at two-over-par. Her 69 was the second-lowest round of the final day and helped the Tigers finish 13 strokes ahead of Trinity for the team championship.
