Baseball lands five on CSC Academic All-District

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee's baseball team placed five student-athletes on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon. 

Taj Donald, Charlie Teel, Spencer Yu, Sebastian Leinberger, and Austin Graber represent the Tigers on the list. Teel was selected to advance to the Academic All-America ballot, which will be voted on by CSC members. All-America teams will be announced June 23, 2026. 

Each school with a CSC Membership may submit up to five Academic All-District nominations for baseball. Each nominee must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA, be at least a sophomore in academic standing, and compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played or must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched in 35 innings.
