The two teams finish the series Saturday with a Noon CT doubleheader.

The Tigers (18-15, 4-9 SAA) fell behind 3-0 but scored twice in the fourth inning and two more runs in the sixth, knotting the contest at four. Fortman plated a run with a single and Pinson's first sacrifice fly accounted for the run in the fourth. Another Pinson sac fly and a two-out RBI single by Owen Andress in the sixth tied the game.

The Colonels (22-7, 8-5) regained the lead in the seventh thanks to a leadoff single by JT Weisberg and a double to deep leftcenter from Ben Prather, plating a run. Prather went to third on the throw to the plate and scored on a sac fly by Ayden Lohr for a 6-4 advantage.

Matt Munn struggled a little early but kept his team in the contest, giving up four runs on seven hits in six innings of work. He walked three and struck out 12, striking out the side in the fourth and sixth innings. Henry Collins (1-3) suffered the loss, allowing two runs on two hits in two innings.

The home team added two more runs in the third, starting with a leadoff homer from Lohr. Evan Weyler and Graham Johnson both singled with one out, putting runners on the corners, and Weyler came across on a wild pitch.

The Tigers got back into the game in the fourth after a leadoff double from Charlie Teel. Fortman's RBI single to left plated Teel and Will Jennewein's chopper down the first base line was thrown away by Cowdrey, with the ball getting away, allowing Fortman to take third on the play. Pinson followed with a sacrifice fly, pulling Sewanee within, 3-2.

The Tigers evened the contest in the sixth with a leadoff double down the leftfield line by Fortman. Jennewein was hit and Fortman stole third before Pinson's sac fly down the rightfield line. Jennewein took second on the sac fly and went to third on a groundout by Alden Wright before a two-out RBI single to left from Andress.
