Nikolas Avaliani earned MVP honors and junior
Fletcher Bigham garnered All-Tournament accolades at the Jack Berkshire Classic this week, as announced at the end of the tournament by Oglethorpe University.
Avaliani registered his second 30-point outing of the season with 33 points versus Brevard College, connecting on 12-of-21 shots overall with four 3-pointers. He added three rebounds and four steals before netting 17 points with four boards and three assists against LaGrange College.
Bigham posted 17 points versus Brevard and recorded his sixth double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds against LaGrange.
Sewanee hosts Centre College this Saturday at 3 p.m. to open conference play.
