ATLANTA - The Southern Athletic Association released on Tuesday its first weekly awards for women's soccer in 2021.
Olivia Rhodes from the University of the South women's soccer team was listed as the league's Offensive Player of the Week.
The junior netted two of the Tigers' four goals this week, and both of them were the deciding factors in Sewanee's 1-0 victories against Covenant and Transylvania.
For the week, the Purple and White registered three clean sheet victories, as the team is off to a 3-0 start.
Sewanee returns to the pitch on Wednesday afternoon at Agnes Scott.
