ATLANTA - The Southern Athletic Association (SAA) released on Wednesday afternoon that four Field Hockey players have been named to the All-SAA Team.
Moira Darling and
Caroline Pulliam were selected to the First Team, while
Abbey Sohonage and
Mimi Wilson were listed to the Second Team.
Darling, a sophomore from Charlotte, N.C., led the SAA in goals scored with 17. She also is ranked in the top-25 nationally in scoring and 15th in goals per game (1.06).
Pulliam, a freshman from Charlotte, N.C., recorded 22 points on eight assists and seven goals. Her eight dimes are tops in the SAA and in the top-40 in Division III.
Sohonage, a junior from Camp Hill, Pa., played in all 16 games for the Tigers as a midfielder and defender.
Wilson, a freshman from Houston, Texas, tallied three assists on the year as a midfielder. She also recorded two defensive saves.
Sewanee finished the 2021 campaign with a 6-10 record and a semifinal appearance in the SAA Field Hockey Tournament.
