Box Score SEWANEE, Tenn. - The Sewanee field hockey team scored two goals in a four-minute span to even the score and rallied from a 3-0 deficit, but Ohio Wesleyan took advantage and earned the game-winning goal, 5-4, Saturday morning from Puett Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Ohio Wesleyan started the contest with two goals in nearly a minute span before a third goal at the eight-minute mark to have a 3-0 lead right out of the game.
-In the 18th minute, after a foul in the circle by OWU, Ceara Caffrey recorded a penalty stroke goal to break the shutout.
-The Tigers added a second goal to cut the deficit in half in the 31st minute, 4-2. Caffrey found the back of the cage for her second goal of the contest.
-The Tigers' sticks came out blazing in the second half, and that led to two goals to tie the match at 4-4. Caffrey struck again for the hat trick in the 39th minute, and Milly Ethridge evened the score in the 44th minute.
-12 minutes later, the Battling Bishops took back the lead with a Katy Janas goal to secure the contest.

-Ceara Caffrey led the charge with a hat trick on 10 shots.
-Milly Etheridge added a goal, while Buckley Norman collected an assist.
-Kadie Hicks (0-1) played 57:50 in the cage for the Purple and Gold, and recorded five saves.
