HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Tigers struck first in the eighth minute to start the scoring. Caitlin Fahr scored her first goal of the year off a Kiera Giacomini cross.
-Birmingham-Southern took just one shot in the first 45 minutes of the match, but of the seven shots they took in the second half, the team struck for the game-tying goal in the 80th minute. Abby Kay Choate found Emma Choate's pass to even the match.
-Despite BSC taking two shots in the 89th minute and a Sewanee offsides with 13 seconds left in regulation to force overtime.
-1:53 into the overtime period, Sewanee netted the golden goal via a Nika Gorski goal from a Fahr assist.

-Caitlin Fahr recorded her one goal on three shots, two on goal, while Nika Gorski's one shot on goal was the game-winner. She also attempted three shots.
