Centre tops Sewanee in double overtime

SEWANEE, Tenn. (Oct. 27, 2012) – A double-overtime goal with five seconds left lifted No. 14 ranked Centre past the Sewanee women's soccer team Saturday, at Puett Field.

Alex Combs fired in the game-winner right before time expired.

Despite giving up the single goal, freshman Olivia Glascoe finished with a career-high 20 saves.

On offense, senior Bess Goodman led the attack with a pair of shots. Prior to the match, Goodman, Caitlin Sneeden, and Sam Hutton were honored for their accomplishments on Senior Night.
