SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee's
Olivia Falvey recorded 19.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists in two games for the Tigers, earning SAA Player of the Week honors, as announced Monday by the league office.
The Boston, Mass., native registered 15 points, 10 boards (second double-double of the season) and two assists versus Rhodes College, making 7-of-10 at the foul line. She followed that with 24 points, six rebounds and three assists in a win against Millsaps College, including three 3-pointers. It marked the second consecutive year the Tigers defeated Millsaps, the defending regular season conference champion, at home.
Falvey is averaging 18.9 points and 5.6 rebounds in 14 contests this year. She leads the SAA in total points and points per game (30
th nationally).
