Sally Herrington got the Tigers on the board off a caused turnover and ground ball by Izzo Palmer

The Petrels tied the score just under a minute later off a free position shot. Oglethorpe tallied another free position shot a minute later.

Sewanee picked up their second goal from Brooke Sigmon off another caused turnover and a ground ball, this time from Claire Dillard

Emma Burns tallied the last goal of the period off a free position shot to give Sewanee the 3-2 lead.

Oglethorpe collected only one goal in the second period off a free-position shot.

Sigmon collected a free position shot to end the half, 7-3.

The Petrels opened the inning with an unassisted goal, but Sewanee responded with a two-goal run from Emma Burns and Claire Saverino

Two yellow cards on the Tigers led to two man-up goals from the Petrels.

Herrington collected another goal with an assist from Cooper from a draw-control win by Sigmon.

The Petrels tallied another free-position goal followed by a goal from a failed clear by the Tigers to get within two.

Caroline Harlick registered a man-up goal with another assist from Cooper.

The Petrels won the resulting draw control and tallied a man-down goal to end the third period.

Oglethorpe made it a one-goal game as they connected another goal to open the game's final period.

However, a four-goal run in just over three minutes for the Tigers secured the first conference win for Sewanee.  Sigmon started the run with an assist from Harlick, Elizabeth Muller collected the second of a draw-control win from Dillard, and Erika Bolcar collected the third off the draw-control win from Marlin Price. Bolcar collected the fourth goal from a free-position shot.
The Petrels capitalized on an extra man opportunity on a free position goal.

Price collected a man-down goal for the last goal of the game off an assist from Erika Bolcar for a 16-11 win.
