SEWANEE, Tenn. –
Andrew Mee collected four saves in goal and Sewanee men's soccer played to a scoreless draw a scoreless draw Saturday at Belhaven in Jackson Miss.
Neither team was able to find the back of the net and tallied just 17 total shots in the contest.
Max Rudolph made four saves in net for the Blazers as well against seven shots by the Tigers while Belhaven posted 10 shots.
"Today was a tough, hard-fought game on the road in very hot weather," head coach
Tony Pacella said. "It's not the result we wanted but it's difficult to win on the road against a previously undefeated team."
Sewanee returns home this Wednesday to face Covenant at 6:30 p.m. at Puett Field. The club begins conference action next Saturday at Berry.
