DICKSON, Tenn. - The University of the South women's golf team moved up two spots to second after two days of the 2023 Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Women's Golf Championships from the GreyStone Golf Club.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
-Moving up 10 spots on the individual leaderboard,
Merrick Semans carded an even par, 72 and now has a 36-hole score of 148 for second place in the field. Posting an eagle on the seventh hole, a par 4.
-
Nicole Nesbitt moved up six spots with a 75 in the second round for a score of 151 for sixth place. Sister
Sabrina Nesbitt also fired a 75 on Saturday to slide up nine spots to seventh place with a 36-hole score of 152.
-
Mary Browder Howell (156),
E.C. Niebauer (157) and
Becca Gorman (168) rounded out the Sewanee scoring.
TEAM LEADERBOARD
-Sewanee's 300 in the second round see them move up to second place after Saturday's second round. The Tigers are three strokes ahead of Rhodes. The junior trails the leader by four strokes.
-Centre also posted a team score of 300 on Saturday and maintain a 12-stroke lead over Sewanee.
UP NEXT
The final round of the 2023 SAA Championships begin on Sunday morning with an 8:50 a.m. tee time.
