HOW IT HAPPENED, GAME 1
-With the winds blowing out to straight away center field for most of the game, Centre struck first of a two-run home run.

-Centre added two runs in the third to take the 5-0 lead.

-However, Sewanee started the comeback in the bottom of the fourth as Alice Charboneau scored on an error by the Centre catcher.

-In the fifth, Charboneau came through in a loud way with a home run that saw three runs cross to make it a 5-4 deficit.

-After a three-up, three-down inning on defense, the bats went right back to work. Following a one-out single by Sam Dean and an Eve Bournias double, Dean scampered home on a wild pitch to even the game at five runs apiece.

-Next. Zoe Crockett scored the go-ahead run on a base knock. Later in the frame, she would score on a wild pitch.

-Leading 7-5, Michaela Walker added insurance with a sacrifice fly that scored Hannah Wilson

-Walker returned to the circle in the seventh looking for the complete game, and she would do just that with a 1-2-3 inning to collect the victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED, GAME 2
-In the first two innings, each team tacked on single runs, and the game was knotted up at two runs apiece. Zoe Crockett drove in an RBI on a base hit in the first, while Eve Bournias laced an RBI single of her own in the second.

-Centre essentially took the lead for good with a run in the top of the third and two in the fifth.

-In the bottom half of the frame, Michaela Walker brought Hannah Wilson, who led off the inning with a hit, on an RBI bsae knock.

-Unfortunately for Sewanee, the wheels fell off in the sevnth. After two quick outs, an error caused seven unearned runs to cros to put the game in run-rule.
