Jordan Theron was selected as the SAA Men's Tennis Player of the Week after his performance in the University of the South's contests in California to start spring break. Additionally, Theron and partner
Quinn Wicklund was selected as the conference's Doubles Team of the Week.

The No. 8 ranked singles player in Division III started off the trip with a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Kieran Carroll of Whittier (Calif.) on Thursday.
Sunday against the California Institute of Technology, the South Africa native recovered from a 6-7 (3) setback to No. 48 Kyle McCandless to win the point, 6-2, 7-5.
Theron is 11-3 so far on the year and 6-1 in spring dual matches.

Theron and Wicklund picked up two wins to start the team's spring break trip. The 18th-ranked doubles team in teh country cruised to an 8-1 win over Mason Lebby / Luca Braan at Whittier.
Sunday against Caltech, playing No. 19 Kyle McCandless/Daniel Wen, the Sewanee duo rolled to an 8-3 victory.
Now 9-2 on the year and 6-1 in spring play, Theron/Wicklund have won their last six doubles contests.
The Tigers return to action on Tuesday in California against No. 33 Babson (Mass.).
