MINNEAPOLIS - The University of the South women's lacrosse team had a 14-1 lead at the break en route to a 20-1 rout of Augsburg University, Sunday afternoon from Edor Nelson Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Sewanee netted the first goals of the game before Augsburg scored its lone goal on a man-up opportunity.
-The Tigers added three more goals in the first, followed by seven more strikes in the second stanza. With the running clock in the second half, the Tigers added six more goals.
-On the day, Sewanee tallied a 54% shooting percentage (20-of-37) and won 16 draw controls.
-This marks the 43rd time in the program's 15-plus year history that Sewanee has scored 20 goals in a game.
