Sewanee, Tenn: On Wednesday, November 30th, Men's Soccer Senior Captain
Zach Shunnarah was named a Second Team All American by the United Soccer Coaches. Shunnarah is the second All American in program history, as Scott Poloncich earned the honors in 2000.
Shunnarah, a Senior from Birmingham, AL, started all 17 games for Sewanee this year, leading one of the best defenses in the conference. He was also the go to penalty kick taker for the Tigers, as he went 2/2 on PK attempts, including one to win the game against Centre in the SAA Tournament. Shunnarah was named First Team All SAA.
