Danville, KY: On Saturday, October 15th, the University of the South Field Hockey team took on Centre in SAA action. Despite a record setting performance from
Claire Damare, who had 37 saves, the Tigers fell 6-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Centre came out firing, as they would score less than four minutes into the game.
- Centre would score three more goals in the first quarter to go up 4-0.

Claire Damare registered 13 saves in the first quarter for Sewanee.Â

Hailey Oliver got Sewanee on the board four minutes into the second quarter to cut the lead to 4-1.

Sydney Simpson would also get shots off, but they were not able to find the back of the net.Â
