BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The University of the South men's soccer team allowed a fourth minute goal, but the program would recover thanks to three first half goals en route to a 4-2 victory, Friday night from Preston Goldfarb Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-Despite Birmingham-Southern scoring in the fourth minute to take the early 1-0 lead, the Tigers did not waste time evening up the contest. After
Tashinga Vhumisai's shot was saved by the BSC keeper,
Severin Velasco netted the rebound for his third goal of the year.
-In the 38th minute, off a BSC offside,
Trevor Reichman found
Connor Cheynet's pass for his third strike of the season that gave Sewanee the lead for good.
-Six minutes later, Velasco struck for his second goal for the match to give the Purple and White the 3-1 lead at the break.
-The Panthers made it a one-goal affair in the 72nd minute, but in the 82nd minute,
David Edge scored off a free kick to ice the match for the Tigers.
