HOW IT HAPPENED
-In the 14th minute,
Mencken Camp saw the pass from
Evan Poole for the first score of the game for the Tigers and the second of the season.
-Leading 1-0 with less than 10 minutes left in the match, Poole decided to add a goal to his line score as he found a
Severin Velasco cross to put the contest away for the Purple and White.

Trevor Reichman led the Tigers with four shots, while
Tyler Cozzie and
David Edge each added three.

Evan Poole posted three points on the day with a goal and an assist.

JP Furman (6-4-1) stopped four shots as he notched his third clean sheet of the year.
MILLSAPS KEY STATISTICS
-Jacks Dowdy led the Majors with four shots, two on target.
-Wilkins Dowdy recorded eight saves in the loss.
UP NEXT
With two weeks left in the regular season, the SAA standings are pretty tight. Oglethorpe currently holds the lead with a 4-0 record, or 12 points, but there is a three-way tie for second place. Rhodes (2-1), Birmingham-Southern (2-1) and Sewanee (2-2) each have six points. Berry (1-1-2) has five points for fifth and Centre (1-2-1) and Hendrix (1-2-1) each have four points for sixth place.
Sewanee will look to continue to climb the league standings on Friday with a Senior Day match versus Hendrix.
