Box Score 2 JACKSON, Miss. (Feb. 25, 2017) – Southern Athletic Association (SAA) rival Millsaps swept a doubleheader against the Sewanee softball team, Saturday.
The Tigers lost 18-0 in the opener and then dropped the second game, 14-0.
Overall, Sewanee was led by Miranda Townsend, who finished 3-for-4 on the day. Taylor Wagner had the other Tiger hit.
Millsaps finished with 20 hits in the opener and then posted 14 hits in game two.
Sewanee and the Majors will conclude their three-game series with a noon game, Sunday.
