Box Score SEWANEE, Tenn. (Oct. 3, 2015) – Southern Athletic Association (SAA) rival Oglethorpe used a strong offensive performance en route to a 6-1 win, Saturday, over the Sewanee men's soccer team at Puett Field.
The Stormy Petrels scored five first-half goals and then netted one more shot in the final 45 minutes.
Overall, Gustavo Martinez, Martjin Edelman, Nick Muntean, Erik Marquez, Topher Marshall, and Devon Patterson all scored.
The Tigers' lone goal came on a free kick from Ramsey Seagle in the 22nd minute.
OU finished with 23 shots, including 12 on-goal. The Stormy Petrels were edged out by the Tigers in corners by a 6-4 mark.
Sewanee quickly returns to action at Piedmont, Sunday.
