Box Score SEWANEE, Tenn. (Oct. 10, 2015) – A second-half goal by Mary Rose Hazel lifted Southern Athletic Association (SAA) rival Rhodes past Sewanee, 1-0, Saturday, at Puett Field.
The Lynx tapped in their game-winner by Hazell in the 45th minute. Sewanee tried to rally late, however Rhodes was able to clear each attempt before the Tigers could get a corner or shot off.
Keeper Katya Waters led Sewanee with 11 saves.
Sewanee quickly returns to action with a 10:00 a.m. match against Transylvania, Sunday.
