Box Score 2 SEWANEE, Tenn. (April 18, 2014) – Southern Athletic Association (SAA) rival Millsaps earned a pair of wins over the Sewanee softball team Friday at Tiger Field.
Millsaps opened with an 11-1 win and then topped the Tigers by a score of 27-2 in the nightcap.
In game one, Sewanee was led at the plate by Sarah Fleming. Fleming finished 2-for-3 while Kate Heil drove in Tori Haugvoll.
In the second game Heil finished 2-for-2 with both RBI, while Fleming and Courtney Saunders scored runs.
The Tigers and Majors will conclude their four-game series with a doubleheader on Saturday.
