Tigers Fall to Piedmont on the Road

DEMOREST, Ga. 10/19/10 – The Sewanee Tigers fell to the Piedmont College Lions in a D-3 volleyball match played today in Demorest, Ga.  The final score was 3-0.

Boddiford, Liz led Sewanee with seven kills, six digs and three blocks.  Erin Brahm (Huntsville, Ala., Grissom) paced the Tigers with five assists.  Brahm and Kim Conkell (Atlanta, Ga, Lakeside) each chipped in one service ace.

Sewanee falls to 1-26 on the season and will return to action on Saturday when they play SCAC foes Rhodes College and Hendrix College at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta.
