North Little Rock, Ark. – Sewanee closed out its 2009 men's tennis season at the SCAC Championshis today with an 8-1 loss to \#1 seed DePauw after advancing with a win over Oglethorpe yesterday.
Charlie Boyd (Nashville, Tenn., M.B.A.) picked up Sewanee's only point with a comeback win over Scott Swanson in the \#1 spot. The Tigers finish the season at 11-8.
