Why Sewanee: When I first stepped through theSewanee gates, I immediately fell in love with the beautiful campusand the stimulating academic environment. However, like mostSewanee students, I cannot tell you exactly WHY I chose to comehere. Theres just something about it. Theres somethingabout the way students wear gowns to class, the way the leaves turnthe perfect shade of red and yellow in the fall, the dinners atprofessors houses, the tradition, the Sewanee dogs, and thecountless number of hiking trails. In my mind, Sewanee seemedperfect, and over the past three years it has indeed proved itself.Being able to play soccer was just another perk.
