Andrew Sullivan was named the assistant women’s soccer coach in August 2026. Sullivan comes to the Domain from Tallahassee, Fla., where he was the head girls soccer coach at Leon High School.
Sullivan also served as the ECNL-RL director for Sporting Club Tallahassee, where he oversaw technical and tactical development and assisted with college recruiting. He was also an assistant coach at the USL W level with TLH Reckoning and at the USL A level with Sporting Club Tallahassee.
From 2021-2025, Sullivan served as the academy director and girls staff coach at Sporting Club Tallahassee. He was the head coach for the U-16G NPL state champions, and his squad was invited to the National NPL Finals.
Sullivan graduated from Maryville College (Tenn.) in 2018 with a bachelor of science in finance and accounting.
He was the team captain for the men’s soccer program in 2017 and played in the NCAA tournament with the Scots after winning the USA South conference championship in 2016. Sullivan scored 12 goals and had four assists during his career, including an eight-goal season his junior year.
Sullivan has US Soccer B, C, D, E, and F coaching licenses.
