Freshman (2009): Shutout nine opponents, six ofthem in conference… registered 69 saves in 16 gamesplayed… SCAC Defensive Player of the Week for herperformances against DePauw and Centre… All-SCAC third teamselection.
Club: Played for the Alabama ’91 ODP teamin 2003 and 2005-07… also a member of the Birmingham UnitedSoccer Association from 2006-07… led BUSA to a statechampionship in 2006… also played for the Mountain BrookSoccer Club from 1999-2006, earning a 2005 state final birth. PrepSports and

Off the Field: Went on Sewanee women’ssoccer trip to Costa Rica in 2011.
Why Sewanee: As soon as I saw the school, Ifell in love with it. It was always my dream to play soccer incollege and I can’t imagine playing in a more beautiful placethan Sewanee. Once I visited and saw a few games, I knew it waswhere I wanted to play and study.
Personal: Brittain Louise Williams was born inBirmingham, Alabama… daughter of Curtis and EllenWilliams… one brother, Jonas 21, played at Rhodes…her cousin, Bethany Kimmel, is a 2006 Sewanee graduate…majoring in environmental policy.
