Sport Contacts: Men's Soccer, Men's Lacrosse

Austin Stevens begins his sixth year on the Athletic Training staff at the University of the South heading into the 2024-25 academic year. Stevens was named the Head Athletic Trainer in the summer of 2022.

He works primarily with the men’s soccer and men’s lacrosse programs at Sewanee and has also served as the primary athletic trainer for baseball previously.

Stevens is a member of the Illinois Athletic Training Association, where he served as a student congress member from 2016-18. He is a NATABOC certified athletic trainer and a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Tennessee.
 
Stevens spent time as a part-time athletic trainer for Trinity International University prior to arriving at Sewanee, working primarily with the women’s soccer program. He also served as a rehabilitation aide with Athletico Physical Therapy.

Stevens earned a bachelor’s in Athletic Training from Trinity International in May of 2018.
