PRE-COLLEGE

  • Lettered one year at Saint John’s Catholic Prep School (Md.), under coach Kurt Borel.
  • Lettered three years at Episcopal High School (Va.), under coach Rick Wilcox.
  • Helped lead Episcopal High School team to the 2008 & 2009 conference championship and Virginia State Championship victories.
  • 2010 IAC Conference Championship victory.
  • Led team to a 2009 ESPN ranking of third nationally.
  • Earned all-conference honors in senior year.
  • Also was a member of the Episcopal High School track team.
  • Helped track team to the 2009 conference championship.
  • Member of the 2011 record setting 4x800 meter relay team.
  • Also earned Cum Laude honors in the National Latin Examinations from 2008-2010.
