Mike Moore is in his second year with the men's lacrosse program at the University of the South. He will also serve as an assistant in the Athletic Communications Department. 

Moore was a part of the coaching staff that won the 2022 SAA Tournament Championship team and earned a trip to the second round of the NCAA Championships. 

Prior to his arrival at Sewanee, Moore worked at the University of Mount Olive (N.C.) as an Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. During his time with the Trojans, he served as the media contact for the men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's golf, men's and women's cross country, and the baseball programs. Along with his work with social media, he also produced an athletic podcast and broadcasted games on live streams. 

He also served as an intern at Lees-McRae College (N.C.) and Corrigan Sports Enterprises, assisting in social media and company operations for the greater Baltimore, Md. area, as well as operations nationwide.

Moore played lacrosse for Wingate University (N.C.) for two seasons before transferring to Lees-McRae. He played in 24 career games with 44 total points thanks to 27 goals and 17 assists between the two institutions. 

A native of Ellicott City, Md, Moore graduated from Lees-McRae College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
