Floyd begins his first seasons on staff at Sewanee after three years as a student assistant at Western Carolina.

He spent the 2020 season working with the defensive backs as well as special teams for the Catamounts. The last two years he has served as a student assistant with the quarterbacks at WCU along with assisting the recruiting coordinator on official visits.

Floyd earned his bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Sport Management from Western Carolina in December 2022.
