Eight from NCEA named to ODAC All-Academic Team

SEWANEE, Tenn. – The Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) announced its 2025-26 All-Academic Team on Friday afternoon, with eight members of the Sewanee NCEA Equestrian team earning recognition for their success in the classroom.

Sewanee, an associate member of the ODAC in NCEA Equestrian, had a program-record eight student-athletes named to the conference's All-Academic Team. Those recognized were Kelly Baumgart, Irene Boehm, Olivia Carmouche, Addison Durrett, Campbell Flanagan, Rebecca Love, Jenna McAmis, and Emma Sameth.

To be eligible for the ODAC All-Academic Team, student-athletes must compete in a conference-sponsored sport and earn at least a 3.25 grade point average during the academic year.

The eight honorees represent the most Sewanee student-athletes to receive ODAC All-Academic recognition since the Tigers became eligible for the award as an associate member in NCEA Equestrian, marking another milestone for the program in just its second year of eligibility.
