Much of the team views Desi as their favorite horse to ride.

Budapest "Marvin"
Marvin is a 12-year-old black gelding. Before coming to Sewanee, he competed in the junior hunter divisions with top equitation rider Hannah Hoch. His efforts in the Intermediate and Open divisions qualified Sewanee riders for the Zone Championship horse show in 2019.

Montreal "Mead"
Mead is a 17-year-old bay gelding previously owned by alumni Blain Lewis C'15. Blain and Mead competed in the Non- Pro 2'6 hunters and Hunter Derbies on the "A" Circuit. Ting
Ting is a 17-year-old bay Thoroughbred gelding. In 2016, Ting competed in some eventing and showjumping competitions in Tennessee and Georgia with Sewanee students.
