SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee's women's tennis team routed Oglethorpe to close out the conference slate on the road in Atlanta, Ga., on Sunday morning.

The Tigers took care of business in doubles, collecting the doubles sweep in just 19 minutes without dropping a game. Mariella Congeni and Ivy Wilson defeated Taylor Glover and Luisa Gorgoll at one, 6-0. Natalie Pumpelly and Hanna Davis secured the doubles point at three, 6-0, and Lexi Barbee and Harper High completed the sweep at two.

In singles, Emma Foster rolled to a 0-0 win in 31 minutes at line two, and Lucy Lee followed, dropping just one game for a 6-0, 6-1 decision at line one. Hanna Davis secured the win for the Tigers with a 6-1, 6-0, decision at three. Natalie Pumpelly dropped just one game en route to a 6-1, 6-0 win at four.

Lexi Barbee added a point for Sewanee with a 6-1, 6-1 decision at five, and Allison Bizub secured the sweep with a 6-2, 6-1 win at six in under an hour.

Sewanee returns home to face Piedmont and Mary Washington to close out the regular season at home.
