SEWANEE, Tenn. – Sewanee's women's tennis team swept Berry on Saturday morning in Rome, Ga., 7-0.

Sewanee's doubles started strong, dropping just three games in three matches. At one, Mariella Congeni and Ivy Wilson rolled to a 6-0 win and Harper High and Lexi Barbee followed with a 6-1 result. Lucy Lee and Emma Foster completed the sweep with a 6-2 win at two.

Emma Foster rolled in singles, with a 6-1, 6-1 win in under thirty minutes at five. Ivy Wilson followed with a 6-0, 6-0 decision at three, and Hanna Davis clinched the match at six for Sewanee with a 6-3, 6-0 win.

Harper High and Mariella Congeni both added 6-2, 6-1 results at two and one, respectively, and Lucy Lee secured the clinch for the Tigers with a 6-2, 6-4 win at four.

Sewanee will face Oglethrope on Sunday morning to complete conference play on the road.
