Kearns places 20th at NCAA 3-meter Championships

SEWANEE, Tenn. – Freshman Jonah Kearns placed 20th in the 3-meter competition at the 2026 NCAA Men's Diving Championships on March 18 at the Indiana University Natatorium, competing in a field of 24 divers.

The Lexington, Ky. native posted a score of 434.30 across 11 dives in the event. Kearns was one of four freshmen competing in the 3-meter field.

The top 16 divers advanced to the finals and earned All-America honors. Kearns will return to the board on Friday for the 1-meter competition, with preliminary rounds scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
