Coffee with the Coach Returns for a 12th Season

SEWANEE, TN - The University of the South's iconic "Coffee with the Coach" program is back for another eventful season, along with free coffee and conversation with Sewanee's athletic coaches. Starting on Tuesday, Sept. 2, at 9 a.m., family and community members are invited to the Blue Chair Cafe and Tavern to join in person or tune in via livestream. 

This year, the event will be held on Tuesdays at 9 a.m., making it easier than ever to catch up with your favorite coaches and hear about the latest in Sewanee athletics. And our host, the one and only, Dan Hatfield, is keeping the tradition alive as we head into our 12th regular shows. 

Head Football Coach Andy McCollum, will kick off the 2025 lineup on Sept. 2. Throughout the season, you'll hear updates from all Sewanee varsity sports, including new and familiar faces from the athletic department. 

For those unable to attend in person, "Coffee with the Coach" will be livestreamed every week on sewaneetigers.com/watch/. You can find the live broadcast and archived episodes under "Sewanee All-Access" in the site's quick links. This is the ninth year of livestreaming the event, making it more accessible than ever for fans near and far.
